No Refund Policy

All payments made for consultations, services, courses, PDFs, or any other offerings by Dr. Richa Paliwal are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is made and a service or product is delivered (or access is granted), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Why No Refunds?

Our services involve significant time, expertise, and intellectual effort. Consultations, guidance sessions, and digital products (such as PDFs and courses) are delivered instantly or within a short turnaround and cannot be "returned."

Exceptions

In the rare event of a technical error where a payment is charged but no service or product is delivered, please contact us within 48 hours and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
